Conference Registration Cancellation Policy

2. Cancellations received up to and including the 31st May 2011 will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
3. No refunds will be given after 31st of May 2011.
4. Transfer of registration fee to another delegate is accepted. Please inform the Conference Secretariat of changes as soon as possible.
5. The organisers reserve the right to alter any of the arrangements for this congress; including cancellation of the event should unforeseen circumstances require such action. The organisers accept no responsibility for resulting costs and inconvenience to delegates who are advised to have their own travel insurance in place.
6. The currency exchange rate to be applied in the case of payments and refunds, will be based on the available exchange rate at the time of the transaction. The Congress Secretariat and ISI are not responsible for any changes in exchange rates which may cause any differences or any other additional fees levied by your bank or card processor. Bank charges are the responsibility of the delegate.
